PalletCove Liquidation LLC is a wholesale liquidator in Dallas, Texas. We buy retailer returns, overstock and shelf-pull inventory and resell it — counted, graded and written up — to resellers across the 48 contiguous states.
Loads arrive at our own dock, are checked against the pallet count, sorted by category and condition, and listed with the load type and grade stated up front. Buyers can inspect a load by appointment before it ships.

Documented dispatch
You receive an itemised invoice, bill of lading and tracking on dispatch. Valid resale certificates on file are reviewed and applied where accepted.
Delivery and resale
Report delivery issues within 48 hours with photos. New products have 30-day returns and exchanges; mixed and used loads follow separate claims terms in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Liquidation merchandise varies from load to load. These are the definitions we use on every listing, so you can compare loads before you pay.
Customer returns
Items sent back by shoppers. May be used, open-box, damaged, missing parts or non-working. Sold as-is.
Overstock
Excess retail inventory, often new in packaging, but packaging may be worn and contents still vary by load.
Shelf pulls
Items removed from store shelves for seasonal, packaging or display reasons. Condition varies from like-new to shelf-worn.
Salvage / mixed
Lowest grade. Expect damaged, incomplete or non-functional items, best suited to parts, repair or bulk resale.

Every pallet and truckload states its load type, condition grade, pallet count and fixed price. Download the lot-summary (non-itemized) manifest from the product page before you commit.
Checkout records the order in your name and issues an invoice from PalletCove Liquidation LLC. Nothing is charged automatically, and free shipping is already included in the price.
Card payments use a secure link from our processor; bank and app payments follow the instructions we send you. Valid resale certificates are reviewed and applied where your state allows.
Handling takes 1–3 business days after payment clears, then 3–7 business days in transit, with a bill of lading and tracking issued on dispatch.
